- Fabrication MIG/TIG/CO2/MMA : Welding method deployed to produce 100% radiography quality weld.
- Panel Welding : Special fixtures and welding procedures have been developed for formation of membrane welded water wall panels.
- Radial Drilling : For fabrication of boiler drums, headers, pressure vessels maximum upto 100 mm hole size with 2.0 m radial arm.
- Machining : Turning, milling, shaping, drilling, primarily acts as support shop for fabrication.
- Tube Bending : CNC tube bending machines for cold bending of pipes. Fully automatic and computerized with serpentine bending arrangement for coiling in different planes. Cold bending upto 150 mm D on hydraulically operated tube bending machine.
