The bending of tubes is carried out on automatic CNC Booster bending machine which gives amazing improvement in the bend ovality & tube wall thinning. The thinning at the bend is minimized between a range of 0% to 5% and ovality between a range of 3% to 6% depending upon the bend radius.i.e. if we take a tube of  5mm thick, the thickness at the outer bend will be 4.75 mm to 5.00 mm depending upon the bend radius.

We are specialized in short radius bending upon 0.5 D Radius (Central Line Radius) with controlling of wall thinning of bend that increases bend life & it is very useful in F.B.C. Boiler, High pressure Boilers of Power plants upto 210 MW, where higher erosion takes place at outer portion of the bend. Thus controlling the thinning at bends increases the life of Bend, hence the life of Equipment.
